What is Account Services?

Account services is an online system that allows students to create and update their very own VLAB (Virtual Lab) accounts.

Students will be able to update their passwords and give themselves access to virtual desktops.

How do I create my account?

If you're a currently active UHMC student, you can create your own account here.

You'll need to have your UH account to login and create or make changes to your VLAB account.

To create your account, go to https://vlab.accountservices.maui.hawaii.edu and click the button "CLICK TO CONTINUE".

You'll be asked to login using your UH account.

Now you'll be able to set a password for your account.

You can also add the VLAB groups before clicking the button "Create Account" by expanding the "Available Desktops" panel.

In this panel, you'll be able to give yourself access to virtual desktops listed under the "Available Desktops" left-side panel.

Desktops that you've already added will show up on the right side panel labeled "My Desktops".

Desktops that you've added cannot be removed by students.

You can select the virtual desktops that you want by clicking the switch located to the left of the virtual desktop that you want to add.

When you've selected all of the desktops and set your password in the "Password Management" panel, you can click the "Add" button to both set your password and add your virtual desktops in a single submission.

Now you have access to your new virtual desktops.

You can access your virtual desktops by going to https://vlab.maui.hawaii.edu and login using your UH username and the password you've set on Account Services.

When you're done, remember to logout.
